Flux3 AI Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using Flux3 AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Independent Service and Model Availability

Flux3 AI is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Black Forest Labs. FLUX and related model names may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Information about Flux 3 is provided for general informational purposes and may change during early access. We distinguish official announcements from community discussion, but we do not guarantee that a roadmap item, benchmark, API, price, license, or release date will remain unchanged.

The creative studio only provides the models explicitly listed in its model selector. A Flux 3 integration is not included unless the product clearly marks it as available.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate information, protect your password, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Creative Inputs and Generated Media

You retain rights you hold in prompts and uploaded files. You grant us and our service providers the limited rights needed to store, transmit, process, and display those materials to operate the service.

You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to upload references and use generated media. Model outputs may be inaccurate, similar to existing material, or unsuitable for a particular legal, commercial, or safety-sensitive use. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them.

Commercial-use rights may also depend on the selected model provider's terms, your plan, applicable law, and third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Flux3 AI to:

• Break applicable law or violate another person's rights.
• Upload material you are not authorized to process.
• Create or distribute malware, fraud, impersonation, abuse, or illegal content.
• Bypass safety controls, access restrictions, credit accounting, or rate limits.
• Interfere with the service, probe systems without permission, or automate access in a way that harms other users.

Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

Generation costs depend on the selected model and settings. Credits may expire as described in the plan shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew for the displayed billing period until canceled.

Prices, taxes, payment methods, and refund eligibility are shown at checkout or in the applicable billing policy. Failed generations may be reviewed for automatic or support-assisted credit restoration where supported.

Service Changes

AI providers, model availability, prices, limits, and features can change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to address provider changes, security, legal requirements, or product development.

Intellectual Property

Flux3 AI software, interface, branding, and original site content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy or resell the service, misuse the Flux3 AI brand, or imply a relationship with Black Forest Labs.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for violations, abuse, nonpayment, legal risk, or threats to the service. You may stop using the service and close your account subject to outstanding payment and retention obligations.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service and information are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.
