Flux3 AI Privacy Policy

How Flux3 AI handles account data, creative prompts, reference files, generated media, and payments.

Last updated: 2026-07-24

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Flux3 AI collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our independent creative studio and Flux 3 information pages.

Flux3 AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Black Forest Labs. Links to official Flux 3 resources take you to third-party sites governed by their own privacy policies.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  1. Account information — Name, email address, authentication details, and account preferences.
  2. Creative inputs — Prompts, uploaded reference images, generation parameters, and related instructions you submit to the studio.
  3. Generated media — Images, videos, task status, model choice, credit usage, and creation history associated with your account.
  4. Usage and device data — Pages visited, feature interactions, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic logs.
  5. Payment information — Billing records and transaction identifiers. Full card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
  6. Cookies and local storage — Session state, language, theme, creation drafts, and workspace preferences needed to operate the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide authentication, process generations and file uploads, maintain creation history, calculate credits, complete payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and improve the service.

Creative inputs may be transmitted to the model, storage, or infrastructure provider selected for a generation. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or third-party material unless you have the right and authority to process it through those providers.

Service Providers and Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum data needed with vendors that provide authentication, AI generation, cloud storage, email, analytics, payment processing, security, and customer support.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect users, the public, and our rights.

Retention and Deletion

Account records, generation tasks, and transaction records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Uploaded and generated media may remain in storage until you delete it, close your account, or a configured retention policy removes it.

Deleting a creation from the product may not immediately remove backup copies or records another provider must keep for security, billing, or legal purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No online system is completely secure, so you should keep account credentials private and avoid submitting sensitive material that is unnecessary for a generation.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information. You can update core account details in settings or contact us through the support channel listed on the website.

You can control language, theme, and some workspace data through browser storage. Blocking essential cookies or storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

Children

Flux3 AI is not directed to children under the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required.

Changes

We may update this policy as the studio, model integrations, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
